New York City is one of my favorite places to visit, but if I’m looking for warmth and relaxation, I will gladly spend time on a beach. Both commercial and residential design experience has given me extensive knowledge of how spaces come together architecturally as well as enhanced my eye for furniture, finishes, and accessories. Formulated for those that need some design guidance, this is where we bounce ideas off each other and brainstorm design concepts. I can assist in determining if furniture or finish options complement each other. I also provide color recommendations and offer furniture positioning guidance. Bailee's passion for education has earned her a position as an instructor in the Interior Design program at the Institute for Career Advancement, where she teaches the Process & Presentation course.. Some of Bailee's hobbies include event planning, arranging bouquets of fresh flowers, and photography. Previously, Bailee styled and used her phone to photograph all her projects. Bailee earned her BS in Business from Bellevue University and graduated with an MA in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University. She is preparing for the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) exam to receive a globally recognized certification as a licensed interior designer. Bailee is an outgoing and friendly professional residing in Toms River, NJ, where her growing reputation of excellent design continuously enhances and enriches the quality of life for her clients.

Our goal is to educate you on various options so that you can make confident and efficient decisions with ease. We begin this as a 2-hour consultation, looking at your existing space and getting your take on wall removals and other options to incorporate open or closed floor plans and kitchen renovations.
We meet to discuss color options, helping you select color palettes and color schemes used in actual paints, furniture and more. Thereafter, larger paper color samples available exclusively to designers are mailed to you in the selected color palette. Conceptual and illustrated drawings are used to bring a visual element to the planning stage of any project. These drawings are beneficial to the overall acquired look and budget base of construction. Take a look and review “lines of lead” for inspiration in your next project. Brad began his design career at the office of Thierry Despont, where he was fortunate enough to work on everything from five-star international hotels to high-end residential homes.
